First Step Foundation

The Primer Paso Foundation is a non-profit entity, created by the ASAM association, in July 2011 and covered by Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and incentives. tax patronage. In 2023 we created our first delegation in Castilla y León, located in Bierzo.

Our general objective is the defense of the fundamental rights of people affected by a mental disorder or at risk of suffering from it, whether due to their medical history, or their personal, family, socio-occupational or socioeconomic situation, among others.

As an entity we pay special attention to the children, youth and seniors area.
